Service depends on who's working drive thru and what kind of mood their in. Sometimes it's good. A few times I threw my coffee away immediately because it tasted awful. Over priced and feel forced to tip. It's coffee! Your employer should pay you enough so we aren't guilt tripped into tipping. I like to tip in this industry if I felt the Service was above standard which I don't feel from this location.
Crystal and Kiefer made getting my coffee/chai this morning a great experience. As my spouse has allergies, Kiefer went over all the ingredients to make sure there weren't any issues. Great customer service from both of them and they make delicious drinks!
Just ordered a tall caramel macchiato and I get a short one. I paid over 20 bucks and then the birthday pop is soggy and it’s raw in the middle. They need to get better service.
